Refund policy
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Sale or clearance items
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, we will send a replacement once the damaged item has been shipped back and received by us. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to begin the exchange process.
Shipping Costs All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the reason for the return.
